1. With the grease gun charge:
Front spring shackle pins (4).
Rear spring pins (2).
Front wheel swivel pins (2).
Steering cross tube (2).
2. Oil the following:
Handbrake gear.
Pedal gear and jaw joints.
Engine control joints.
Clutch release ring.
Steering side tube joints (2).
3. Examine both sets of brakes, and adjust if necessary.
4. Inject lubricant into the front end of the torque tube.
5. Test the tyres for correct pressure and examine them for cuts.
6. Give one turn to the cap of the lubricator for the distributor spindle bearing.
1. Examine the oil level in the gearbox which should contain 2/3 pint, or measure 2 - 2½" deep.
2. Charge the back axle case with Mobiloil C, Shell Spirax Gear Oil or Jaba Oil C, using the special adaptor on the grease gun.
3. Grease all the hubs.
4. Charge with with Mobiloil C, Shell Spirax Gear Oil or Jaba Oil C the steering worm case through the nipple.
5. Examine the battery and see that the connections are tight.
6. Give a charge of Mobilgrease No 4 to the nipple on the fan spindle.
7. Every 1000 miles inject Mobiloil C, Shell Mex Gear Oil, Castrol D, or Jaba Oil C, into the universal joint.
